Privacy

In short

This site has no account, no database and no tracking. It asks for nothing about you.

Controller

Lucas Nevano, publisher of the site (see the legal notice).

What stays in your browser

Your favourites, your board (the software you ticked) and your Windows / Mac choice are kept in your browser, on your device. They never go to a server, do not travel between devices, and disappear if you clear the browser's data.

Cookies

None. What the site keeps is needed to make it work as you asked, so no consent banner is required.

Host logs

Vercel, the host, records technical logs of each visit, which contain IP addresses, to run and protect the service (legitimate interest). These logs may be processed in the United States, under the safeguards Vercel provides (Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses), and are kept for a limited time set by the host. Klacki neither reads nor uses them.

Your rights

As nothing about you is kept on a Klacki server, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on its side. To erase what your browser keeps, clear the site's data. For the host's logs, contact Vercel. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
